There are some things you probably want to do/use EVERY single time you open your Chrome web browser. For me, that includes opening tabs for my GMail, Yahoo Mail, Google Reader, and Google Docs. It doesn’t save a TON of time by having them automatically opened whenever I open Chrome, but the combination of time and space I save is meaningful to me- especially considering how often I use Chrome.
See how little space that occupies? And they open every time. You can accomplish this simply by right clicking on a tab and choosing “Pin Tab”.
