Nintendo has included a cool little Easter Egg in Super Mario Maker: the upcoming level designer game will feature a fly-swatting mini game that can be unlocked under a very special circumstance.
In order to find the Easter Egg and unlock the game, look for little flies underneath the blocks hat you are placing while creating a level. If you swat those flies, you will be taken to a special mini-game level where the objective is to swat flies on the screen.

The guys over at Nintendo Life managed to get a video of the fly-swatting mini game, which you can watch below. There’s no way to tell how to trigger the flies that lead to the mini-game, at this point it appears to be a random occurrence.
