Last month at the beginning of November, series creator Shigeru Miyamoto announced a Pikmin art contest on Miiverse, using Art Academy. The theme of the contest was “Pikmin Spotted”, where entrants were supposed to depict various Pikmin as if they were caught on candid camera, doing every day activities. Several winners have been announced and you can see one of the silver winners above. Here’s Miyamoto’s post announcing the gold winner for the contest.
