How To Open Chrome With Previous Tabs From Last Session

We’ve shown you how to restore your tabs/windows if you accidentally close them, but what if you’re looking for even more flexibility? I’ve heard several folks ask me how (and if) they can get Chrome to – when they open it – automatically load up all the tabs they had open from the last time they were browsing.

Yes, it’s possible. Yes, it’s super easy. Here, let me show you how.

  • Click this link (must be in Chrome)
  • In the “On Startup” area, select “Re-open the pages that were open last”

That’t it. You’re done. How simple was that? Ahh… sometimes it’s the little things in life, ain’t it?

If you want something a little bit more complex, I’d check out Session Buddy which provides advanced session management.
