Nintendo sure can’t be faulted for attempting to fix the mess that is Wii U and Nintendo 3DS online play. Neither device is the friendliest console when it comes to getting set up online and Nintendo’s regularly scheduled maintenance periods seem to be getting closer and closer together as it seems more likely that the Nintendo NX will launch this year.
Hope you weren’t planning on playing Splatoon or Tri Force Heroes over the next few days as there is plenty of extended maintenance you’ll have to work around.
