One of the biggest questions we always get here at Wii U Daily is when is Nintendo going to make Super Mario Bros. 3 available on the Wii U eShop. Well, that day is today, my friends. The game is joining the Wii U virtual console amid a roster of great Gameboy Advance games, so if you’re looking for something to play you should definitely check out these titles because you’ve been asking for them forever.
This is perhaps Nintendo’s greatest week for GBA Wii U downloads, as they saved two of the best titles on offer for release this week. Golden Sun and F-Zero: Maximum Velocity are both up for grabs today and both are classic Nintendo franchises. Golden Sun is a great JRPG with a unique battle system featuring summons as well as a class system that’s based around items you have equipped, instead of a rigid nature. This makes your characters highly flexible for all the encounters.
F-Zero: Maximum Velocity is the zany racing game featuring Captain Falcon and is the third game in the F-Zero series, so if you didn’t play it when it was actually new way back in 2001, there’s a lot of fun waiting for you here.
