I couldn’t put my finger on exactly what it is about Breath of the Wild that feels unique and fresh when compared to other open world games like those that Ubisoft produces, but this video hits the nail on the head. Nintendo’s focus on giving the player choice to explore the world is vastly superior than any other open world experience I’ve played.
