It’s still a rumor, but juicy enough to mention: Verizon might be getting a second Android-powered smartphone!
Aptly named the HTC Desire ADR6200, the model now appears in Verizon’s product database. The designation, ARD6200, suggests that its operating system is indeed Google’s Android.
Not much more is known, really, other than that the model will, due to its timing, probably run on Android 2.0 which offers better multimedia support and other enhancements, and, just like its predecessors, have strong links to Google’s online services.
