Target and Nintendo have teamed up to promote Mario Kart 8 Deluxe with special Mario Kart items in its stores. For example, shopping carts will carry Mario Kart stickers, there will be special Mario Kart 8 Deluxe stations, and other branding through out its stores.
Overall, 650 Target stores in the US are participating in the promo, which will stay at the stores over the next few weeks.
With the announcement of the Mario Kart-themed stores, Target assured its customers that it’s doing everything it can to make sure there are enough Switch units.

“We’re working hard with Nintendo to keep these crazy-popular consoles flowing in to Target stores throughout the year.” the retailer said in a statement.
Mario Kart 8 Deluxe launches next week exclusively on the Switch.
