The Nintendo Switch has just overtaken the Xbox One in Spain. That’s not on a monthly basis, this is lifetime sales — despite launching almost 4 years later, the Switch has now sold more units in Spain than the Xbox One.
The Xbox One launched in 2013, but has been surpassed by the Switch which hasn’t been on the market a full year yet.
Nintendo says the Switch is the fastest selling home console in history in Spain. The console has sold over 300,000 units in Spain to date.
There’s still a long way to catch the PS4, which has sold 2 million units in Spain to date.
