Nintendo recently announced that Callie and Marie will be joining the cast of amiibo characters for Splatoon, which is an interesting decision given that neither of the characters is playable in the game. That doesn’t matter for Japanese gamers though, as they seem completely infatuated with the totally fresh duo.
Nintendo uploaded the video to their channel a few days ago and this performance happened in Chokaigi at a gaming event in Japan. It’s a pretty rad show and really explains the fascination that Japanese gamers have with these characters.
