Splatoon update bringing Nintendo Zapper, new map, and ranked play

Did you enjoy the launch weekend for Splatoon? The rotation of maps is about to get better, as Nintendo has announced the first update for Splatoon is on the way tonight. In addition to the new map, Port Mackerel, Nintendo is also bringing the Nintendo Zapper to the game in the form of the N-Zap ’85. In addition to new gear and a new map, ranked battle mode will also be made available with tonight’s update.
