Japanese man makes real life Splatoon Inkzooka gun

We’ve seen it time and again: a popular gun from a video game recreated in real life (such as this Battlefield 4 railgun). This time, a Japanese Splatoon fan created the powerful Inkzooka gun from the game. And as the video above shows, the recoil is powerful enough to knock him to the ground.

Made with parts from a pressure-washer, the Inkzooka weights over 30 lbs and is over 6 feet (180cm) long. And it can shoot several liters of water at once over 80 feet (25m) away.

Pretty impressive. Now he has to fill it with paint for the full effect.
