Splatoon 2 getting major update this week

Nintendo will release a big update for Splatoon 2 this week, which will include a new Salmon run stage, new gear for players, new level cap ceiling and much more.

The update will be released on November 23, but that’s not all: there will be another big update in December that adds even more stages and other content.

But for now, this week we’re getting:

• Four new Battle stages One new stage (three more to be released next month)
• New Salmon run stage
• Over 140 pieces of new gear (shoes, headgear, winter clothing etc.)
• New music tracks
• New level cap limit (from level 50 to level 99)
• More Amiibo support

And as usual, the new content is free to all players.
