NIS America has announced that all first-print copies of Rodea the Sky Soldier in North America and Europe will also include the Wii version of the game. Before being ported to the Wii U, Rodea the Sky Soldier was originally a Wii game that was fully developed and completed, but never released. Now, fans who have been waiting for the game will be able to buy a retail copy of the game that includes both versions, so you can see the evolution of the game from its original incarnation on Wii to the upgrades made for the Wii U version.
The game is coming out this fall on Wii U and Nintendo 3DS, but only retail copies of the game will include both versions so if you want those, you’ll need to head to a retailer instead of buying from the Wii U eShop.
