The netbook makers Lenovo has stated that they are watching the development of Chrome OS. So they may be planning to use Chrome on their future notebooks?

“We’re watching it but it’s too early to tell because they don’t even have alpha code to test.” Lenovo spokesman Howard Locker. At least they’re open to it, as opposed to Linux which they tried unsuccessfully to sell in 2008: “People didn’t realize what they bought, and they returned them because they expected Windows and thought they were broken” Locker said of the few notebooks they did sell back then. Guess we’ll have to wait and see, and Lenovo won’t be in a hurry to be the first this time.
