Nintendo teams up with major book publisher

Nintendo and major book publisher Random House have announced a partnership to bring children’s books based on famous Nintendo characters.

The books are in works now and the first ones will be released in the beginning of next year.

Earlier this year, Random House and Nintendo launched a small pilot project where Random House published Mario and Zelda sticker books. Now they’ll be publishing actual children’s books based on Nintendo’s famous characters.

Here’s what Nintendo said in a press release:

“This publishing partnership is an exciting way to bring the colorful worlds of Nintendo to young readers while encouraging creativity. We are always looking for ways to share our fun-loving characters with kids and families in unique ways.”
