A Target employee has posted on the r/NintendoSwitch subreddit with some new information about when to expect new stock at stores across the nation. It’s worth noting that this information hasn’t been verified by the mods there and the employee offers no proof such as screenshots, so take this information with a grain of salt.
We got some info in a corporate email today that says to expect the next allocation of Nintendo switches to arrive between march 19-25 and to expect 10-12 units per store on average.
While this is anecdotal evidence that a restock is on the way for Target, when I last spoke with a GameStop employee about their Switch stock I was told I could expect Switches to be back in stock within three to four weeks. That was shortly after launch, so it seems like Nintendo is gearing up to have another big round of availability at retailers before the Switch goes out of stock again.
