Heads up to those of you looking to use your Wii U or Nintendo 3DS next week. Nintendo has announced two maintenance periods for both the Wii U and the Nintendo 3DS that will affect online rankings, shopping, and more.
With the big Smash Direct happening on Tuesday, it’s likely Nintendo is preparing their network for the release of new content or whatever else the team has planned. Here’s the hours the services will be unavailable for both North America and Europe.
Maintenance Times
5 PM PST (Monday) – 3 AM PST (Tuesday)
8 PM EST (Monday) – 6 AM EST (Tuesday)
1 AM in the UK (Tuesday) – 11 AM in the UK (Tuesday)
2 AM in Europe (Tuesday) – 12 PM in Europe (Tuesday)
No telling if the online squads for Xenoblade Chronicles X will be affected, but it’s likely.
