This is probably the first time a game publisher has ever opened a store on what’s considered the biggest second-hand market on the internet. Nintendo has officially opened a store on eBay to handle sales of refurbished goods, though there are currently some Wii U games listed for their new prices.
A quick glance at the store will show games like Mario Party 10, the 3DS NFC reader/writer, and assorted items that have been designated as refurbished by Nintendo. While the new items are priced pretty typically, it looks like Nintendo is branching out its online store into a market where people who are actively looking for used games will see them.
