Amazon has released a new app for the Android platform. The free shopping application can be downloaded from the site. It´s every shopaholic´s wet dream,
because apart from wish lists, you can also scan a barcode or simply snap a pic whenever you see something you like and Amazon will match it up to their online stores.
Now I´m thinking shoes, but for now it´s mostly books and cd´s, though with Amazon´s purchase of Zappos.com last month my dream handbag should be only a click away someday soon.
Though as all true shopaholics should know, the ultimate Android app is the one by Shopsavvy, because they give you local retailers stock via gps and even allow you to compare online stores.
