Nintendo has made a big announcement today: the NES Classic console will be back in production and (re)launch next year.
The company also has some good news for SNES Classic fans: due to the incredible demand, the console will be in production into 2018.
Not only that, Nintendo says that there will be more SNES Classic consoles available on launch day than there were NES Classic units during its entire production run.
It appears Nintendo was serious when they claimed they’ve “dramatically increased SNES Classic production“.
SNES Classic launches on September 29th and will include 21 games and two controllers. It will retail for $80.
