When Wednesday’s Nintendo Direct came and went without news about the leaked bundle, many (us included) were puzzled. Now, Nintendo has addressed this leak. According to a representative who talked to GameSpot, the bundle is exclusive to Russian and Nintendo doesn’t have plans to bring it elsewhere at this time.
“The bundle is exclusive to Russia and there are no plans to bring it to other countries at this time.”
This will be the first Nintendo Switch bundle available, so it’s puzzling that Nintendo isn’t making it a worldwide release. Either way, you can try to get Mario Kart 8 Deluxe and a Nintendo Switch separately, although getting a Switch is still pretty difficult right now.
