Yesterday we posted the news that some Amiibo figures were going to be more rare than others due to the production chain Nintendo has going for the figures. As stated by president Satoru Iwata, some figures will begin to be more rare as new figures are introduced. Also included in that briefing was the fact that certain amiibo figures will be exclusive to some retail chains.
Shulk is a GameStop exclusive, but today it’s been revealed that Meta Knight will be exclusive to Best Buy. Those who want these figures will need to purchase them at these stores, meaning you won’t be able to pre-order your entire collection online from a site like Amazon. Bummer.
