Nintendo stubbornly refuses to drop the price of the Wii U below $299, but that hasn’t stopped them from creating some amazing bundle opportunities. A new bundle featuring Splatoon and Super Smash Bros. has surfaced on the Meijer website ahead of Black Friday, suggesting that this bundle could be available elsewhere soon.
While the $299 retail price is standard, Meijer themselves are offering a $50 rebate on it, plus what appears to be a $30 gift card for credit at the store. That drops the price of this bundle with two great Wii U games close down to just $219, a great deal for anyone who doesn’t own a Wii U yet.
