Mario + Rabbids: Kingdom Battle has proven to be a sleeper hit on the Switch. The game got positive reviews and a great reception from fans, and it’s now showing up on the sales charts.
The game debuted at the no. 2 spot on the UK sales charts, only beaten by Uncharted: The Lost Legacy on the PS4.
In fact, Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle was the only Switch game in the top 10 (top 20 included Mario Kart 8, Splatoon 2, and Zelda: Breath of the Wild).
Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle currently has an 85 on Metacritic, which is a higher score than Splatoon 2, Arms, and 1-2-Switch.
