Today the official Super Smash Bros. site has revealed that Ike from the Fire Emblem series is a confirmed fighter for Super Smash Bros. Ike is a returning character that first appeared in Super Smash Bros. Brawl, though the most recent game that features the character is the Wii game Radiant Story. In our previous character polls here on Wii U Daily Ike wasn’t a very popular character, so this announcement is sort of a surprise.
What do you think, are you happy to see the character return? With the reveal of Marth, this makes the second Fire Emblem franchise character to return to Super Smash Bros. with no end in sight to the roster updates.
