Yesterday we told you about a tweet that said a character reveal for Hyrule Warriors would be coming in this week’s issue of Famitsu. Today Famitsu has confirmed that tweet by posting a small teaser of the magazine page in which Fi, from Skyward Sword is revealed as the new playable character.
With Tecmo Koei releasing character trailers just every few days on YouTube, expect to see one for Fi shortly after this issue goes out to the Japanese public. Aside from Fi being revealed, the scan also shows a new item for Link, the ball and chain that first appeared in Twilight Princess. The game is scheduled to release in August in Japan, while North America and Europe will have to wait until September.
