The Chromecast has become quite the hyped up device with the low price tag of $35 (check out our hands-on). It has been flying off the shelves and like any popular device, it will be well-supported by developers. The latest to state that support is coming is one of the most popular video streaming services online – Hulu.
Hulu states that they are “actively working with Google to bring Hulu Plus to the platform.” This means that soon you will be able to cast all your Hulu Plus videos from your devices to your TV. Not that we can’t already do this by casting a Chrome tab from a computer, but having official support is always nice.
Netflix is already supported, while HBO Go support should be coming soon. When Hulu gets Cast support, we will finally have the perfect video streaming trio! Not to mention all the other apps to come. Things are looking bright for the Chromecast!
