Yesterday Activision teased it had a Guitar Hero announcement for today. It turns out that announcement was Guitar Hero Live, which is a new take on the Guitar Hero series since it was abandoned a few years ago. The new game is played in first-person perspective instead of seeing your characters on stage, so you feel more like you’re performing for a crowd. According to the promotional video, the crowd you’re playing for will react according to how well you play.
The game is being developed by Freestyle Games and will be released on Wii U, as well as other consoles this fall. What do you think about the return of Guitar Hero?
