Google seems to be planning to make Now a multi-platform service. Rumors of the Android-exclusive service coming to iOS and Chrome have been present for a while, but it seems Google Now is not limiting itself to other operating systems. Recent discoveries in code could prove that Google Now is coming to the Search Giant’s homepage.
The code doesn’t uncover much, but it i enough to know something is in the works. Google’s site would display an introduction of the new feature with the following text: “Get started with Google Now. Just the right information at just the right time”. This is followed by a mention of Google Now’s features, which include showing information regarding weather, traffic and nearby places, among other things.
We are hoping to hear more about this at Google I/O, so stay tuned for that! We will be at San Francisco covering the event.
