Nintendo is no stranger to unique ways to promote their upcoming games, which is why we’ve seen the company partner with GameTruck to promote Splatoon. Now Nintendo has announced a new partnership with GameTruck that will see games like 1-2-Switch, The Legend of Zelda, Breath of the Wild, and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe available to anyone who rents one of these trucks for a party.
More than 100 GameTruck vehicles across the country will feature the first two games starting today, while Mario Kart 8 Deluxe will be added once it’s released at the end of April. The trucks will be wrapped to advertise 1-2-Switch and are now available to rent for any birthday party or event. Nintendo says the promotion will last until June 20th.
There will be multiple Switch systems available in each trailer, so you can get an idea of how Switch local co-op works with more than one Switch available.
