Iwata has proclaimed 2013 as the year of Luigi and he plans on capitalizing on that statement. In today’s Nintendo Direct Iwata announced the first NSMBU DLC. It’s no small update as the game will be getting a complete overhaul featuring the one and only Luigi. All of the existing courses will change, in-fact Iwata has compared the content to that of a full game.
Unfortunately we don’t have a release date for you except that it will be released sometime this year. This is still great news for us Luigi fans who have done everything there is to do in NSMBU. If you’re excited for Luigi awesomeness then let us know in the comments section below.
