Despite opting to have a digital press conference instead of a live press conference like competitors Microsoft and Sony, Nintendo still has one of the largest booths this year at E3. As you can see the floor plan for the LA Convention Center’s West Hall is laid out above, with Microsoft, Sony, and Nintendo right next to each other. Nintendo currently has three booths on the floor, making it one of the largest areas in the main hall. Sony has three booths as well and while the Microsoft booth is pretty large, there’s only one this year.
In my experience at the last two E3 events, the smaller Nintendo booth will likely be for press-only presentations held by producers and marketing directors, while the larger booth will have all the game demos you’ll be able to play if you’re attending this year.
