According to a new report from TMZ, Nintendo is being sued by a man they hired to wear a Donkey Kong costume at an event in Culver City, California. The man is Michael Oconitrillo and he claims the suit was poorly ventilated and dangerously hot.
Oconitrillo says that he was under strict orders to keep the suit on and as a result, suffered permanent damage, as well as mental and emotional distress. Nintendo has been asked for comment, but says they have nothing to announce at this time.
