Earlier this year, Square Enix announced that it was bringing the critically acclaimed Deus Ex: Human Revolution to Wii U in the form of a Director’s Cut, which would see overhauled boss battles and controls exclusive to the Wii U version of the GamePad. Now it looks like that isn’t the case any longer, as those exclusive controls for the Wii U version will be ported to other systems via the PlayStation Vita for the PS3 version, and Xbox Smartglass for the 360 and PC versions of the game.

This makes the Wii U version no longer exclusive in any features, which means many people who played the game previously will likely play it again on their platform of choice if they choose to play through this new version of the game. What do you think of Square Enix’s decision to port the controls to other platforms? Let us know in the comments below.
