Create an epic one-liner and win a copy of Steamworld Heist

steamworld-heist-epic-one-liner-ambassador-challenge

A few weeks ago we told you about the Steamworld Heist Ambassador program, which is a series of challenges that developer Image & Form are posting to their blog to generate community content for the game and give participants something in return. Winners of each challenge get a free copy of Steamworld Heist to play before the release of the game, as well as a few extra copies to give to friends.

So how does it work? This week’s challenge is all about creating epic one-liners for the robot faction in the game, The Scrappers. The one-liner you create needs to fit the lore and aesthetic of the Scrappers, who are ab and of rag-tag robots that roam the outer rim of habitable space. They’re one of the first enemy factions you’ll encounter within the game. Here’s a quick run down of what the developers are looking for for this contest:

Create your lines based on these emotions:

Anger
Glee (evil delight)
Shock

Each line has to be three words or less. But other than that we give you free rein to create your one-liners. Try to make them as mean and menacing you can without venturing into inappropriate territories. Offensive entries will be flushed down a digital drain somewhere.

The deadline for entries for this contest is Friday May 22nd at 6pm PST. Winners will be picked over the weekend and will be revealed the following Tuesday in the next update. If you want to take part in the contest for your chance at an early copy of Steamworld Heist, feel free to take part by checking out the Image & Form blog.
