Nintendo has confirmed that the last Arms content update was in fact the last. The company hinted at this last month, and now it’s been confirmed: no more content for Arms.
The Switch brawler has been regularly updated with new fighters and stages since it launched last Summer, but that has now come to an end.
Arms director Kosuke Yabuki has said that there will still be updates that focus on balance and gameplay tweaks, but as far as new fighters and stages, that part is over.
Since launch, Nintendo has added five new characters, 12 new ARMS, five new stages, collectible badges, and a new mode like Party Crash — all for free.
