Not many of us use .ico files, but the format is necessary for developers and web content creators. If you are unfamiliar with them, these are the image files that are used for creating icons. The format has not been supported by Chromebooks, but we can now fully access them via the Files app.
The file format is very popular among favicons, which are those small images you see in your tab, identifying the website. Other than that, it could be used for other icons. Not a huge update, but surely one many of you will appreciate.
