Splatoon 2 releases later this week (just in time for the weekend!) and the first multiplayer footage of the game is out. That’s right, multiplayer servers are already up and running, and some (lucky) players are enjoying the game right now.
Splatoon 2 launches on Friday (July 21) exclusively on the Switch. The game’s main attraction is the multiplayer part, but it also ships with a singleplayer campaign.
It also includes a brand new mode, called Salmon Run, which is Splatoon 2’s version of the “horde” mode.
And if you can’t have enough of the Splatoon world, there is a Splatoon anime coming next month.
