Animal Crossing Pocket Camp downloaded 15 million times in 6 days

Nintendo’s newest mobile game is off to a great start: Animal Crossing Pocket Camp has been downloaded over 15 million times during the first 6 days on the App store.

By comparison, Super Mario Run got about 32 million downloads during the same time. But that game also had “Mario” in the title.

Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp was released earlier this month on the iOS and Android app stores, and so far reception from users have been a good one.

As for revenue, the game reached the 10th spot on the Japanese app store, but here in the US, the best it could do was no. 72 on the list of the highest grossing games (on the iOS app store).
