Amiibo rap song makes fun of the inventory situation

We all know Nintendo has a supply problem with the Amiibo figures, as they’re constantly in low stock. Well, not all Amiibos, but most of them. And the guys from the YouTube channel “Hot Chocolate Party” created a hilarious rap song about the Amiibo situation, poking fun at the fact that Amiibos are awesome, yet hard to get.

The Amiibo figures are extremely popular — Nintendo has sold over 5.7 million Amiibos since they launched last November, which is way more that the company anticipated, hence the constant shortages.

Recently, Nintendo revealed that they will restock some rare Amiibos in Europe this Summer, including the Villager, Marth, and Wii Fit Trainer.

But the shortages are not stopping Nintendo from releasing new Amiibo figures: later this month, The Inkling Amiibos will be released alongside Splatoon, and pre-orders are already up at Walmart.
