Nintendo has sent out some 2DS XL test units to a few media outlets and YouTubers, who have posted their first impressions of the new console. And overall, it looks like a solid DS console.
However, quality-wise, it isn’t up to par with the more expensive 3DS XL (and it’s not meant to be). For example, the screen is more reflective and has a narrower viewing angle than the 3DS screen.
