Lots of new things coming for Wii U today, after Nintendo issued an update to the web version of Miiverse, the YouTube app has gotten a facelift as well. There’s no official changelog for the upate, but as you can see by the image below, the GamePad appearance of the app has changed quite drastically.
The new update seems to incorporate some of Google’s Material Design aesthetic that it uses for its Android operating system. Yet despite the update, there is still no support for playing 60fps videos in the app.
