Yooka-Laylee developer Playtonic has confirmed that their platformer / adventure game will finally be released on the Switch on December 14th, with pre-orders starting a week earlier.
Here’s what the developer said about the upcoming Switch release:
“Yooka-Laylee for Nintendo Switch features a shed-load of polish and updates, including single-JoyCon play across all eight multiplayer games, a custom Achievement system, plus the ability to take our collecting duo on the go without the need for extravagant extension leads!”
Furthermore, it was revealed that the game will run at 900p when docked and 600p in handheld mode.
