If you were a fan of the Wii U eShop launch title Trine 2, then you’ll be happy to know that Frozenbyte Games is finally ready to release Trine: Enchanted Edition on the Wii U. The game is a port of the story from the original game to the new engine used in Trine 2, meaning you get all the beautiful graphics upgrades while playing through the original game’s story. Trine 3: Artifacts of Power was recently announced and you can view some of the screenshots for the new game here.
The only downside to this release is that North America and Europe will be getting them at separate times, so Europeans, you’ll have to wait a bit longer. We still don’t have an official release date, but according to a recent tweet from Nintendo of Europe, it’s still scheduled to arrive within the month of March.
