Switch sales return to normal in Japan, console still leads the race

After a couple of massive holiday sales weeks in Japan, where the Nintendo Switch sold hundreds of thousands of units, things are now back to “normal”.

Last week’s Japanese hardware sales reveal that the Switch sold 37,000 units, which is a big drop from the 146,000 units the console sold the week before.

On the games front, Nintendo is continuing to do well: 8 out of 10 best selling games last week were on Nintendo platforms.
