Last night the People’s Choice Awards were held in Los Angeles, where several celebrities and their TV shows were honored with awards. While the show mostly revolved around pop culture, buried in the Web Culture category were two awards for Best Game and Best Mobile Game.
While Candy Crush Saga managed to take the award for Best Mobile Game, Nintendo should be proud that Super Smash Bros. for Wii U and Nintendo 3DS was chosen as Best Game, beating out the likes of Batman: Arkham Knight, Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare, Grand Theft Auto V, and even Minecraft.
