One of the newest additions to the Mario world in Super Mario Maker is Yamamura, a pigeon with a Mario symbol emblazoned on his chest. He’s the companion of Mary O, the tutorial chick who helps you get better acquainted with Super Mario Maker once you first start it. You’ve probably seen Yamamura in the course of building your own levels.
Now you can get a costume of him by completing the latest event course in Super Mario Maker.

All jokes aside about playing as a pigeon, it’s nice to see Nintendo continue adding new costumes for fans to unlock through these event courses. Who do you want to see added next? Don’t forget we’ve already seen some characters from classic NES franchises, such as Mr. Saturn from Earthbound and Excitebike.
