Super Ghouls n’ Ghosts is one of my all-time favorite games, so much so that I own it in just about any place where it’s available for sale. Now the GBA version is going up on the Wii U virtual console tomorrow, which contains the original game as it was released on SNES, but also an additional game mode with new stages.
I never got a chance to play the GBA version thanks to college (shakes fist!) but now I’ll be able to do so. It’ll retail for $7.99 and is essentially the Dark Souls of platforming games before Dark Souls was a thing, so if you dig hard games, definitely check it out!
